Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) | CRPO

I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and experiences while gaining a deeper understanding of yourself.

My hope is that clients leave each session feeling more grounded, supported, and empowered with a greater sense of clarity and confidence than when they arrived.

Currently accepting new clients.

Who I work with

Adolescents & Young Adults

Ages 16–24

Growing into yourself can come with a lot of questions. I support adolescents and young adults navigating identity, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, and the process of figuring out who they are and what they want.

Adults Exploring Sexuality & Relationships

I also work with adults who want to develop a more comfortable and authentic relationship with their sexuality and desires. This may include exploring what you want, communicating your needs and boundaries with partners, navigating shame or uncertainty, and feeling more empowered in your intimate relationships.

My goal is to create a space where you can explore these parts of yourself openly, without judgment, and at your own pace.

You don't have to figure it all out on your own.

Therapy can be a space to slow down and look inward with curiosity and compassion. It can give you room to make sense of your experiences, notice patterns, and better understand the ways you relate to yourself and the world around you.

My approach is collaborative and compassionate. Together, we can explore the experiences, thoughts, and patterns that have shaped you, while making space to better understand what you need and want moving forward.

My hope is that you leave with a deeper understanding of yourself and a greater sense of clarity about what comes next.
